Valerie Schissler Joins Dr. Michael Patriarco at St. Luke’s Center for Advanced Gynecology

Valerie Schissler, CRNP, has joined Dr. Michael Patriarco at the St. Luke’s Center for Advanced Gynecology.

Valerie brings over 18 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in urogynecology specializing in the non-surgical management of urinary incontinence and prolapse. She has expertise in pelvic floor evaluation, pessary fittings and the management, evaluation and treatment of urinary incontinence and voiding dysfunction. Valerie was formerly a nurse practitioner at St. Luke’s Women’s Health Center in Allentown from 2003 to 2009 before deciding to devote herself full time to urogynecology. At St. Luke’s Women’s Health Center, she enjoyed caring for women of all ages and in every stage of life.

Michael Patriarco, MD is a well-known physician with St. Luke's Center for Advanced Gynecologic Care. He is Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Co-director of the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FMIGS).

Dr. Patriarco provides gynecological care with a focus on patients suffering from gynecological issues like abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, pelvic pain, infertility, urinary incontinence and fibroids. In many cases, these patients find relief and renewed quality of life thanks to the minimally invasive techniques practiced by Dr. Patriarco and his team.
