Tamaqua Family Practice has New Location

Tamaqua, PA (8/17/2016) – Tamaqua Family Practice has moved. Established patients as well as new patients are welcome at its new location in the Tamaqua Medical Center, 120 Pine Street, Suite 2, Tamaqua.

The new address, phone and fax numbers are effective immediately.|

Tamaqua Family Practice is committed ever to providing compassionate quality care and includes physicians Craig J Krause, D.O., Richard A Gilbert, D.O., and physician’s assistant Kyle M Mummey, PA-C. All provide primary care – an important part of every family’s health and well-being. 

Additionally, scheduling an appointment has never been easier: look for the “Make an Appointment” online-scheduling icon on the provider’s photo, click and choose the appointment day and time that is most convenient for you.

Tamaqua Family Practice’s new phone number, 570-645-1540, also can be used to make an appointment.

Please note the practice also has a new fax number: 570-645-1542.
