St. Luke's Monroe Campus Job Fair Draws Thousands

Monroe Campus President Don Seiple (right) says last week's job fair in Monroe County exceeded his expectations.

“We met great candidates,” Seiple said, “And though they share our excitement and passion for the opening of the new campus, I also noticed these people’s overwhelming response to the better care that’s coming to their area.”

Another reason for optimism is that Monroe County residents also see the new hospital opening as a sign of prosperity in Monroe County, something they have not had, Seiple said.

Seiple, the hiring managers and the recruiters at the job fair also reminded job seekers that in addition to the more than 400 jobs St. Luke’s University Health Network is creating to staff the Monroe Campus, there are always hundreds of additional Network jobs available that can be seen by visiting www.sluhn.org/jobs.
