“When Heather came into the room I was able to make her aware that my daughter has an extreme phobia of Dr's and getting shots in a nonchalant way so my daughter didn't know what we were talking about. She easily picked up on my cues and we were able to discuss an action plan to split her 4-6 year old vaccines to minimize the stress to be put on my daughter for just one visit. I also would like to note that there is never a time where Heather doesn't listen to a concern of mine and she never challenges my mom-gut. She is truly an amazing provider to have on your team!”
